Master TrackThe Mastership Award was created to provide all AGD Fellows with the incentive to pursue additional more challenging continuing dental education. AGD Masters are recognized throughout dentistry as dedicated professionals who continually challenge themselves to provide the highest standard of care for the patients they serve. Requirements for the Mastership award are stringent and require 400 hours of hands-on participation in every discipline of dentistry. In an effort to encourage AGD fellows to pursue this award, OAGD has put together an outline to serve as a guideline for an orderly progression to obtaining the Master's award.
