This 6 day (3 week-end) course will cover advanced aspects of restorative and esthetic dentistry.  Similar to Continuum I, it will combine lectures in a relaxed, informal format with hands-on workshops.  Continuum I will provide a good foundation for this course, but it is not a required prerequisite to taking Continuum II.

This course will cover Esthetic/Functional Diagnosis, articulators/face bows, occlusal deprogramming and interocclusal records, the perio-restorative interface (including adjunctive orthodontics to support restorative dentistry), ovate pontics, biologic width considertions, etc), tissue management and materials for direct restorative dentistry, sequencing and treatment options for full-mouth rehabilitation.   In addition to hands-on workshops, attendees will be asked to bring in their own documented cases for group discussions.
